Has anyone gotten their car vandalized? The first few weeks after the Z was purchased, someone broke the antenna in half while it was parked in a lot. It seems like people get really jealous and do this for no reason. It's upsetting to know that people will do that to your car out of spite, and it makes me even more cautious about the car. Anyway, does anyone have any stories similar to mine?

 

nothing really happen to me except big door dings, i mean really big... sadly, there's plenty of other stories of how other people vandalized the z.

 

someone keyed my car, i just got it back yesterday. they put a big X by the driver side door handle, and kicked it with a heal. $1200 worth of damage, i dont understand people.

i got mine shot with a bazooka but other than that... nothing much

 

got keyed in the rear bumper,hood and got my front tires slashed....

 

Car got egged. About $350 dollars worth of damage from the egg shells

Its all about JEALOUSY. Jealous people are losers and will never amount to anything in life because they are too worried about others and not themselves. Most jealous people are actually pretty miserable people. The best thing you can do is smile and go on about your business, they hate to see you happy. They get even more pissed off and Jealous if you dont get upset and act like they do.

 

same thing happened to my girlfriends car.... except it was one of her old friends, well x friends now... i was so pissed, because it happened at my house. I went and purchased a pistol that night, so now if ***** comes back by, i got some steel to throw at her.

Well it was actually closer to about $342 dollars but I rounded up And yes "$350" is a lot from one egg. The bastard got me between 2 pannels and the impact created concentric circle chippings that damaged the paint.

 

1. Keyed from front to back both sides.
2. Fist size rock thrown into my driver side door by some 13 y/o skateboarding punks.
3. Front windshield shattered (Still intact, but shattered)
4. E-brake ripped out.
5. Driver side viceroy mirror broke.
6. Rear view mirror ripped off.
7. Passenger side air vents broken in.
8. Passenger side cup holder broken off.

Half of the list I still haven't gotten fixed yet
Also I've ran out of Freon and I live in Tucson....

 

I was parked out in front of my buddies house and some F***ing kids egged my car and it cracked through the paint on my driver door. It cost me $400 to have my entire door repainted.

 

You guys would be surprised on how much door dings really cost, especially if the ding is along an "edge" of a body..

My mom's charger r/t (almost brand freaking new) was recently dinged/dented/chipped by some crazy *** driver that has no respect for other peoples property. Luckily I was with my mom at the time, and we caught her in the act, then proceeded to get her insurance info..

Also we were lucky to get an awesome insurance adjuster/claims officer, who inspected the car, asked us what shop we wanted to take it to, and wrote us a check for something just shy of $750. We expected a few hundred bucks at most, but he explained to us from the get go that it would be more than we would think, reason being:

They'd have to take off all the lining/strippings/sealants, panels and whatever else on the car, in order to get to the spot, then they'd have to pop the dent out with some sort of metallic tape, strip the clear coat in the area due to damaging from the tape, and blend in the area with paint/clear coat.

 

Buy a gun

Where are most of these vandalisms taking place? I garage keep my car and very rarely leave it outside for very long. When I go out, I just Valet it and tell them to put it in the front.
