i think its cause here strap..
like on left of picture, it doesnt have strap so the.. ahem.. boob... hangs normal.. but on right side(where the strap is) it is kinda holding the..boob.. up more

oh yeah - there no explanation for the tissue assymetry in the nipple line besides previous breast augmentation vs dynamic plasticity . A girl that young cant get that degree of sag going. Also, the strapped side doesnt afford that much support.
My $.02 is that she's flexing one pec more than the other while posing for the pic. The other possibility - an aug gone wrong - is low prob as she'd likely have confronted her surgeon for revision.

but in med school i did some research on "symptomatic macromastia" and its clinical implications. I worked with a bunch of plastic surgeons. My 1st skill i learned was distinguishing natural from augmented cans.
