Although, the AC does run ALL the time in this Houston heat and humidity (90+)! Not full blast, but I keep it around 75 with clim control. Dumb question......but the tire psi is reading 31-32 all 'round...this is the normal range right?

Make sure you check the tire pressure very soon after you start out. It's normal for them to go up a little bit after the tires warm up.
And yes, 31 - 32 is low. Look at the sticker on the inside of the door to tell you what the PSI should be.

20 city 26-27 highway, AC all the time and not babying it. I'd have to do some serious careful driving to get 30+ My gage MPG is always a little low. I do keep the tires at 36, not tooo much lead foot

I average about 18 mpg in city driving. Highway driving about 25. Have registered 29 mpg at 60 mph using cruise control. Have an AT and leave climate control on all the time.

17-18 in town and when taking trips around 27. make sure you reset your gauge after you fill up. tht is the only way to get a proper mpg per tank. if you leave it the same numbers and only drive city, it will keep getting lower because of the average speed.

To the OP, your short drives and city driving are killing your mileage. From my post at https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....pg#post3535915
"When I lived in WA and drove little (much of it city), it wasn't unusual to see my calculated mileage (on my 5AT) down into the 16s or 17s. Now w/my current commute (~8-9 minutes of city and expressway, not much stopping + 20 mins of highway at ~67 - 80 mph), I get ~21-23 mpg according to my calculations (trip computer is off by 0-1 mpg).
FWIW, when Consumer Reports tested an 05 Zr w/manual, they got 14 city, 27 highway, 20 mpg overall."
Since you live in TX, I assume it's hot there and your use of climate control very likely means you're using AC which hurts mileage even more.

Turning off climate control on my car is worth about .5mpg. Not much but when I'm trying to hit the 30mpg or higher on a long trip I do it at night without the climate control on and minimize my steering inputs as much as possible.
I'm hoping that my spoiler is helping but, I can not tell really. They have always been on there since week two. I was still breaking in the car.
My mileage got a little better as time went on and hasn't seemed to improved after 15K miles..... but it did a little after I went syn oil at 10K. No burning of oil either on my car. So, hopefully I set her up right.
