Wow, it's just a front lip. Better yet, it can be repaired easily.

I feel sorry for your brother if you're that **** about something so small. He may not even know it actually damaged something.

Hrmmm...buy your brother a beer and tell him that appreciate him taking care of you when you got drunk.

A minor repair bill is much better than you driving home and then waking up in a hospital, wondering if you killed anybody while you were driving drunk.
