I actually fell for this when I just got my Z about 2 years ago. You pay $90 and they don't give you anything for free. They give you 'deals' like paying $20 off stupid **** you don't need and can get at other places for the same price.. Most of it is for civics anyway.
I got into a dispute with them over it and even threatened them with going to the BBB about it. The bastards just offered me some FREE flame stickers for my car. They would not return my money.
