I was like "that B!t$ is nuts." I met my neighbor a couple of days after the inccident and he pop the question, "would you still like me to hook you up with that girl?" and I was like, "HELL NO!"

I felt so sorry for that guys car...

there are some people I meet that make me think, "She looks like lots of fun, but if things go sour, she looks like she's the kind that would f*ck my car up. Note to self - she must not find out where you live."

And just to add to the OCD diagnosis, maintaining my vehicles (detailing) is like therapy.

I take care of any car that I own and drive on a daily basis. I used to wash and wax 2-3 times a week, but after a while I got sick of it, especially when I realized that:

A) I don't have a garage and the car will be dusty/dirty/rain splotched by tomorrow

B) As soon as I drive it, it will be dirty

C) The car is slowly getting chipped/ dinged no matter what I do, so knowing that it is imperfect demoralizes me

I wash once a week, wax once a month, and I drive my car and enjoy it without being **** about some water spots or occasional rock chip... it feels good! Now, if I kept my car in the garage and never drove it (lame), it would be perfect.

No need to waste that much time and energy on something that is never going to be perfect again.

sometimes it can drive you to need therapy....in my case. i got new tires and the guys scratched my wheel. after the scratch, they painted the wheel to try to fix it. now my wheels don't match...see pic.

I'm so pissed right now that i can't focus on anything else!!!!!!!!!!

Damn your seats look soo good! I got mine used witht the burnt orange leather and who ever owned it before me thrashed the hell out of them!!!

I also detail the F*** out of my car, I love to keep the Z all nice and clean. I use the california duster a lot to keep the dust off, you can see it pretty bad on the Le Mans paint. I also clean the carbon on the exhaust and clean the wheel wells and inside the rims!

After reading this thread, I just went to the parking garage, wiped down my Volks and took a few passes over the car with my California Duster... I might make it my mid day break routine....

You have some serious issues. Does washing your face make you feel girly?
