Default Tech straight from NNA to look at my car

Well I have been having a few problems with my leftover new 06. I purchased the car in March and ever since I got it there has been a nasty rattling grinding sound coming from underneath the car. At like 3000 miles I took the car to my local dealer and they told me it needed a new throwout bearing they would replace it. The work was done and the noise did not go away. I had the car at 3 different dealers and every tech that looked at the car heard the noise and said it was not normal. So after 6 trips to the dealer and the dealer telling me there was 2 open claims on my car they could not do anything at this time they are working on it, I decided to contact a Lemon Law Lawyer. He accepted my case and has been in touch with Nissan, it has been approx two months and I received a call yesterday asking if I had a problem if someone from Nissan could look over my car. I am waiting on an exact time and date for this to happen because I want to make sure I am present when this gentleman arrives. My question is has anyone ever had someone from NNA look at their car, what should I expect or say or do?????

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Be sure you keep your attorney in the loop.

^^he was actually the one that NNA contacted about this inspection, he said he didn't have a problem with them looking over the car if I didn't. I just want to make sure I am there when they inspect it, good idea???? Should I take my JWT popcharger and exhaust off, will it matter???

I would make sure the car is completely stock before the tech arrives. I am not a lawyer or anything but I would suggest you not post about it anymore on any forums until it is settled. I would also check and delete all of you previous posts that say anything about possible abuse, misuse, or aftermarket modifications.

Many manufactures have spies that monitor message boards and fansites for situations just like yours. I am not attacking Nissan in anyway here, I have just read about situations with other manufactures really screwing people due to posts and comments on message boards.

If you have any legal questions I would only direct them to your attorney, he has a legally binding attorney client privilege with you.

As for technical questions I would be very vague with any posts you make. Don't say "My car is making a grinding noise".

Just my opinion,
Dave
