Default how long will you keep your Z? long term plans?

just curious how long you plan to keep your Z and what your long term plans may be?

Since I'm not rolling in cash I plan to keep my Z for a while. I think the styling will be timeless. I know that there will be faster rides coming out sooner than later and it does make my head spin to think about all the possibilities from sub 3100 lb C6 corvettes to the new M6. Chances are though I will keep my Z for at least 5-6 years and hopefully by then it will have a built motor, possibly higher compression and a bit sportier suspension... not to mention a stereo that will make the bose sound like.... well a "bose" maybe by then I'll be married with kids and a Z for the weekends, a infinity fx45 for the trips and a M6 for my daily commuter.

Actually I figure I will keep this car for a very long time. And when I finally tire of it, I will more than likely turn it into a dedicated track only car.

Money is the main issue.

A new car is not a priority any more...

Hopefully 5 years or more. However, graduate school comes first so if I can't finish school and keep the car at the same time it's bye-bye Z.

Keep it until it has over 150,000miles. Since I use full synthetic motor oil it shouldnt be a problem. I hardly ever full throttle it. I drive it hard but not abuse it.

I bought it to keep for 8-10 years. Since I'm 58 with ortho problems, I expect it to be my last sports car. I will make some major upgrades at about 6 years to freshen it for me. I keep the cars I like for an average of 7 years and then want something else. Upgrades in the 6th year will cure my new car itch, I hope.

I've had my 240SX for 13 years--still runnin' good, I like it, excellent commute car. So, I plan on keeping my Z for that long, or longer.

Kinda hate to turn the Z into a commute car, but then again...what a ride!

I still got my 1989 240sx but it will soon be my brother's. Still running strong.

I plan on keeping my Z for a very long time. I might turn it into a track car if finances permit.
