your refueler hose has cracks in it, there's no remedy that will cause your gas tank not to build up with pressure from fueling your Z. If you get a full tank it's because your luck. If your there during the install, when they pull the $10 plastic tubing off your car you'll see what i'm talking about.

My 07 did the same thing also. I read somewhere here to avoid filling it up unless it's past the quarter mark, so near empty without actually having the warning light on. She fills up full every single time since.

My 07 has the same problem, depending on the pump. The newest gas station in my area has faster flowing gas which I think causes it to cut off before being full. Slower pumps fill up fine, and if it's cutting off early I just wait about a minute or just pump slower and I can fill it all the way up.

I wasn't even referring to your post, kiddo. Even still you could have put this in one of the MANY threads on the issue already.

Happened to me once. I went ahead and just put in the nozzle upside down and it worked fine. Try that for the meantime before you get that TSB fixed...

Funny there is a TSB and we still have this problem with the 07's... Sounds like the TSB didn't fully address the issue.

Sounds to me like your Z doesn't like the kind of gas you're giving it. Try another brand of gas.

Either that, or your Z is bulimic.

Hope this info helps!

"Don't over fill" — sadly I have never filled the tank over 3/4 full. The car feels heavier (might just be in my head) so it's usually whatever $30 bucks gets for 91/92.
