And as i said, I DIDNT wanna deal with insurance
It was an old truck, prolly 200k+ miles, most likely a day laborer, gardener, etc... someone that isnt gonna fork over $500 cash for a new bumper. Let alone speak english.
I was working, and needed to be somewhere, i was not gonna wait around, call cops etc either way.
He was well over the line, well over it by 2 ft.
So i did what a did, and would do it again + 3 other tires if i couldve.

So let me get this straight...
A car hit you in a parking spot and you didn't want to have to go through the hassle of his insurance so you slashed his tire and left.
IDIOT.
You are obviously just flat out stupid. If someone hit my car and dented it and scratched it as bad as you say it was I would have done something about it. You should have waited for the guy or left a note and taken down his tag and VIN.
So now you are left with a screwed up car and the possibility of charges for slashing his tires.

Maybe he went in the store to look for you because he thought YOU pulled into him.
If this truck was as old and beat up as you say it was and you assume he is a day laborer then I would have stuck around. Have you though for a second how those people act? If you waited for him and he walked out you just say "You hit my car, either give me $100 or I'll call the cops and they can sort it out." That would have been a manly thing to do, not the chicken **** thing you did to slash his tire and run like a girl. Now the guy has to go spend $200 on a tire when he could have put $200 in your pocket.
1) He doesn't want to deal with the police because he could not possibly have insurance, a license, or a green card.
2) Day laborers only deal with cash and they often times have it on them. If he was at HD to pick up stuff I guarantee you he had a few hundred dollars in his pocket to pick up supplies.

Dude, do you know what may happen to that guy because you slashed his tires? What if he gets in an accident because of it, much worse - what if he had kids with him. Your assumptions are clearly made up, and now you come on these forums and act like you did the right thing! You should be ashamed to even own a Z. I pity the poor guy who may not have even been at fault.

Most people have what is called uninsured motorists on their policy. Even if he didn't have insurance it would have paid for the repairs and you would not have taken a ding on your insurance.
There is no reason to act like this.

new bumper $300+, paint $300
Thats 600 cash hed have to give me, yea right... i wouldnt even give that to someone if i hit there car.
I dont need the $200, I dont need the hassle of getting a rental, and picking up/taking car to body shop. Possibility of paint not matching and having to go back. My time is worth more, so i guess i saved money this way

It was his fault. I got there when a small sedan was parked there. Came back to his car 10 mins later in that spot... with his Fking car parked into mine 2 WHILE feet over the line! Screw him
