I would have taken his VIN and Lic # reported it to my insurance company and had them deal with it. My Firebird was dented at Home Depot from an idiot that was loading a pipe and took a chunk out of my door. All he said was sorry man and drove off. I call Police they took a verbal report and didn't consider it a hit and run like I thought it should have been as he wouldn't give me his insurance.
Ended up being he wasn't insured. He was fined $1700 and my insurance paid for the repair since I have uninsured motorist. That was to the tune of $750.
Yes, it took me a week to have it fixed. Yes, it took a month to sort out. And yes, it ended up being $0 out of my pocket.
I wanted to beat the S#!t out of the guy and could have .... but then I would have ended up in jail..... My point, two wrongs don't make a right .... But, three lefts do. Lol !!!

I think I understand now, all the pieces fit together:
1) You didn't want to call the cops (you are an illegal)
2) You don't want to deal with insurance (you don't have any because you are an illegal)

I dont agree with the OP's actions for slashing a tire, but I do agree that ***** will learn how to park like a human being. I would of waited a little longer than 5 minutes, but if he didnt come out in 20, I would of definitely knocked out a grille or a headlight. Eye for an Eye papa.... You guys that vandalize another persons vehicle instead of doing the right thing are morons. You know all you had to do is go inside and have them get the owner over the intercom right? You'll get yours. There are alot of cops that browse these forums.

Meh... 99% chance the OP made this whole thing up just to get some attention. But on the small chance it's true, then that's really pathetic. Only thing I hate more than someone being careless and accidentally damaging my car is someone who does it on purpose.
