I just wanted to give a big thanks to Adam @ Z1 Performance (he goes by "Z1 Performance" here) for the great customer service and a job well done on getting me some parts on short notice.

I called him on Monday afternoon about getting a black Samco hose kit sent out asap. Jeremy @ PF needed them next day aired so he could get my car put back together and tuned on Thursday so it would be running before he left to NOPI. Adam was able to find some and get them shipped out overnight the same day, and they arrived the next day in Orlando. He even gave me a great deal on them with the overnight shipping!

Taking it a step further, Adam called me back tonight to ensure they had arrived. Unfortunately I was busy at work because my trainee just blew up a website, and had to cut him kinda short.

So, I just thought I'd give him a thanks for the great customer service, and that I would definitely recommend anyone on here to him and Z1 in the future.

Adam does an incredible job and has a ton of knowledge. Really nice guy in person as well.

 

I have bought a few things from Adam in the past. I actually think he is in the top 2 sponsors on this site for customer service and satisfaction.

 

Yeah, and he's got a really sick audio system in his car.

Once I come upon the funds to do some increases in power for my '06, I'm going to Adam.

But yep, have to agree.. Z1 is top notch when it comes to customer service, product availability, and best of all.. prices! Not many vendors actually stock items like Z1 does....

Stock seat rails won't work. I love those seats. Heated seats is not really necessary imo, I have it on my other car and rarely use it.

 

Adam is the man! Id do business with Z1 anyday...
