Yikes, looks like he was street racing. Key word there, street.
When I get up over 100 it's about 2am on a 4 lane highway with no traffic around. Sure I could blow a tire and crash, but I try to limit my odds of that happening.
Gotta have fun sometimes, but you have to make sure it's semi-responsable fun at the same time.
