Best gas?? I've been hearing conflicting things from different people.
Some people say 76, while others say Shell.
opinions?

yup...big difference between Chevron premium and Arco premium. Noticeable lack of performance using Arco after a full tank of Chevron.

BP 93 w/ invigorate.
Where do you guys find this 94+ octane gas?
And is Chevron better than BP's gas? I've been using BP since I got my car.
Edit: Doesn't your car's fuel gauge say, "PREMIUM UNLEADED FUEL ONLY" ?

I put 93 in it every third time I fill it, otherwise premium.

I get better performance and better gas mileage using Chevron's Premium.
76 you get better performance, but worse gas mileage.
In my opinion

I don't see my stock Z needing pure 100 octane so:
I go with Chev / Shell / 76 91 Oct
For the weekend I make it: 5 gal VP100/ 76 100 + 15gal Chev 91.
Generally, that get me though the week as well.
If I tracked the car it would be just 5-6 gals of VP100. ;-)
It cost me about an extra $100 a month but, well worth it for performance.
