Question VDC or not VDC/TSC/LSD?

Does VDC/TSC/LSD make a big difference? Anybody with first hand experience please speak up.

I absolutely hate my VDC...it's very clunky and doesn't even compare to a german car...so why try. The LSD is great...and you should be able to tell the difference at the track...but i've never done a side by side comparison. If I were to do it all over again...i'd get the enthusist for LSD...but the rest are not fun in the least...the biggest problem is how abruptly they cut off throttle...now if you want them as a safety precaution...i'm sure someone else can guide you...

Why don't you go research and find out what they are first.

Yea it's a button...easy to use and all...but that one time you have the chance to pull a really nice shift or whatever...bluaplah...crap, i left the VDC on...i'm telling you, it's a waste of money unless you're in an area where you'll need the help...maybe bad weather and all...not sure..

Drive with VDC ON. Drive with VDC OFF. I am not sure if you will notice a

little
medium
or
big

difference.

I have one car with with the VSC and one without and truly wish you could order accessories piece by peice. I like driving my enthusiat better than my track when you drive with electronic helpers on. On the other hand I can imagine the Z and me doing something in rain or any slick condition that my make me so glad I have the VDC. Like someone daid before drive both. I do seem to have less and less intrusion by the electronic nannies the longer and more time I have spent behind the wheel.

one thing i noticed when the vdc is activated and you shift very hard, the throttle get cut off a little bit. Meaning, felt that car is getting choked. I guess because the car felt that its going to loose grip and preventing the car from skidding all over the place...

I have VDC (TCS is part of VDC equipped Z’s) on my 2003 Performance and really like it. I do turn it OFF when running dry roadways that I know when I want to do some aggressive driving. But, it is usually ON, and always ON when it’s raining, running on wet roadways, or slippery conditions. VDC has saved me on at least two occasions. It (VDC) works.

you can't get the wheels to spin with VDC on. turn it off and your rear axle becomes the asphalt's enemy.

In NJ I'd want both LSD and VDC. There is an off switch for VDC.
