350z - Colour
Guys,
Im brand new on this, have been reading the posts regularly though, and just wanted to ask an opinion before I purchase my 350.
COLOUR???? Im stuck on whether to go for the silver, black or pewter. I am looking at an 03 / 04 model at the moment. I know its based on preference but Ive been really indecisive on this one for some reason..
Can anyone offer any opinions... would be appreciated .. thanks
Cheers

way too many silver ones, besides the plastic parts of the body never exactly match the metal body parts. There is just a slight difference in the pieces. Go black if you want to look bada$$.
How did I know just by your spelling of “colour” that you were somewhere other than the USA?
Silver: The most easy color to maintain between washes. Silver hardly ever looks really dirty.
Pewter: Close to the advantages of Silver, but darker so it requires more washing. I think pewter is a more interesting color than plain silver.
Black: Lots of maintenance, washings, waxing, etc. to keep it looking good. And if you have a black Z, you will certainly want to install aftermarket wheels. The OEM wheels are boring on a black Z while the right aftermarket wheels with a black Z look stunning.

Hey, nothing wrong with "colour" - thats how it was spelt before someone forgot the "u" and everyone else forgot to correct them. LOL I "realise" this could turn into a sh*tfight.
Go with blue if you are getting an '03 or '04 I would have gone with blue had it been available in the '07s in Oz.

I wouldnt trade any other color for my superblack. Yeah its a pain to keep clean, but when its shined up it turns heads like no other. Even though mine is a 2003 i still get compliments everywhere i take it.
Silver is nice but you're gonna blend in on the road so much its unreal.

Have had everyone tell me that Airstream (silver up here, eh) looks better than the other colours. DB and Orange make the car look like a hot wheels car (not my words!), Black is too hard to clean. Red, Carbon, White, and Silver. I think SMB would be nice as well but haven't seen it in person. I was going to go DB, and was ready to order it, and then saw a DB roadster parked. Got out, took a look at it, and changed my mind. As someone said up above, it is your choice though at the end of the day.
Silver = Easy to maintain, scratches don't show easily
White = Looks CRAZY good when only when it's really clean, but gets dirty very easily
Black = Looks good 24/7 but gets scratches VERY easily
