Wasn't there some speculation that their springs and shocks were basically the same as hotchkis, but a good deal more expensive.

Not to imply that they are the exact same product, but their specs are quite similar.

Actually, the specs of the springs are very different from Hotchkis. The sway bars are similar.

i can vouch for the cobb products. Bought the accessport v2 before i sold my car. They put a lot of research into their products. Also, the customer service is one of the best i've dealt with

Our AccessPort has seen some huge delays for many reasons. No denying that unfortunately. However, we just released the EVO AP a couple weeks ago. That should be seen as a very good sign. Most of the delays were for tweaks to make the AP work with cars other than the Subaru. So with the EVO AP being released, it means those hurdles have been overcome. So hopefully that means many new AP's are soon to come. Hopefully we will have some reliable dates to give out at SEMA in a couple weeks.

^^^ lol, typical Cobb. They do make good products but they really suck at estimating dates. They did this when they were doing Suby stuff and seems like this is just the same old, same old. I imagine Evo Ap market is much bigger than the Z one so I'm not shocked they put the Z AP on hold until they can get the Evo one out. Who knows what else is in the queue before we see the Z one. BTW, getting the EM part right, based on the stock ECU is not that easy. I think we'll be waiting for quite some time. Suby and Mitsu use very different ROMs than what Z has so I don't see how that work helps much with our cars other than some generic provisions to make it a bit more flexible. My guess you'll see Z AP in about 12 months, if we're lucky.

Actually, the EVO AP is out already. Has been for a few weeks. And as far as I know, the only thing in line in front of the Z AP is the CAN Bus Subaru stuff.
All the development is done. It is just down to making maps for all the configurations we need. I understand your doubts. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. When it is released, I will have Christian come on here and explain a bit more about the maps.
