1. $3000 Sound System IWA-205 BlackBird II Double Din plus Speakers
2. Exhaust and VSD
3. Autostart Compustar Alarm
4. Wheels and Tires with Koni Shocks and H&R Springs

id say depends on what you want to do. Id do wheels and tires,etc.but then again the lsd and exhaust ...hard to say,ill go with wheels, as long as they are bada**.LOL

Wheels are a must in my eyes. Totally sets it off. Then lower it all at one time.

then do exhaust,springs and shocks.Substitute wheels for exhaust.Then do wheels and tires later when you have the need.

+1 on wheels and tires. see what you can get for your almost new, used tires and put that money towards a nice set of shoes. It'll be the most noticeble difference, not just because of the style of aftermarket wheels, but because of how it changes the stance of the car. Although... this doesn't seem like something you should take other people's advice on. Do whatever is going to make you enjoy your car most.

I'd put them in this order 4., 2., 3. skip 1. Then again everyones different.

suspension, exhaust, and then wheels/tires after you worn out the rear tires some.
