I made some color matched bumper plugs to fill the holes that for some reason the dealership drilled.

The dealership that changed my oil the other day asked what happened to the front bumper and i told them it was from the bracket. And they even said that that should have never been done and that they put all brackets in the trunk so the customer can put it on.. So now we are all stuck with ugly holes in the bumper..

Neither. Front plate is indeed required where I am, so I put it on the passenger side sun visor. Deploy visor; plate is visible. Cheap. Easy.

Dunno that it's legal, though. Maybe the plate has to be displayed in a certain place to meet the letter of the law. If I ever get stopped, I'll let you know.

I drilled those very big holes myself… into my front bumper and mounted Nissan’s license plate holder. It was very painful doing this… But in Frostbite Falls, it is an instant ticket if you do not have the front license plate mounted correctly.

I made my own by taking the bracket and turning it upside down and zip tying it to the grill. Fortunately the dealer didn't put it on so no holes to deal with. Looks pretty good to me. Costs 25 cents for the zip ties. This pix may be a little small but you can see the effect.

Sadly I had to, I've been pulled over twice for no plates, I had it on my dash so you could see it, lol...so I bit the bullet and put it on, however, my car is getting repainted soon and I'm gonna do what ssawa did.

Edit - lol maybe if I read every once and a while, didn't realize this was purely 07
