I ordered the car in C&D's test.

Daytona Blue Track. I also optioned in splash guards, kick plates, floor mats, and a trunk mat. I hope to have the vehicle in December or January! Just wanted to share my enthusiasm...

Now the real wait begins

What are kick plates?

 

aluminum plates that run along the door jam.....they look good. try doing a search, been asked more than several times.


and so you don't freak......you can add them later...dealer installed but will prolly cost a little more.

atleast you will be getting info while you wait and seeing pictures as ppl receive their cars.....we had very little of this and when we did see it....it all came in spurts. Not sure which I would rather have.....I dreaded the wait when I ordered, but I think it has gone pretty fast...can't believe september is almost here.......good luck.

 

I was going to wait longer to get the car in the Spring but I decided to just do it since I've been putting in allot of hours at work. I feel like I deserve it.

I haven't read a bad review yet (not any reputable ones atleast) and I love the G35 so I feel like I can't go wrong w/ the Z. Plus I'm a Nissan employee now so I figured I need to have a Nissan, right? It's funny how I reason things out and justify them to myself

 

same concept....but the Z kickplate was exectued MUCH better.
