SWEET! I'm still looking for a Daytona Blue. Haven't found one anywhere. Did you order on line or did you find it at a store?

 

I found it at a local hobby shop. It's not even listed on Hotwheels website.

There are 2 1/18 Blue ones on eBay. Too bad they only show a picture of the real car, not the model. $22.95 plus $10.95 shipping! Yikes!!

I wonder if HotWheels quality is as good as AutoArt. I think I'll wait...

 

Anyone see a "Brick" scale model?

Are our 3 guages supposed to be silver/chrome color? I have frost interior, and mind are charcoal!!

 

Batmobile, how does the paint look? Is it close to the real Daytona Blue in color? Does it have a good finish?

Those are available on Ebay all the time... do a search on "350z" and then either look for it/scroll down, or look for the sublink "toys and collectables" (or hobbies and toys..something like that). NOW, I have a question: does anyone know if there is a TRACK version??? I want a model with the Ray wheels and aero kit. thanks~!

 

Every model I've seen so far has the 6-spoke wheels, and I've done a lot of looking.

 

How's the paint quality of the hotwheels DB compare to that of the hotwheels SS(CS)?

In the pics, the DB looks awesome. Is it really metallic?

 

Quality of paint appears to be excellent. I haven't taken it out of the box yet. I'll take pics tomorrow and post them up on this thread. Stay tuned .

I saw the model. To me, the color looks a little darker than the real Daytona Blue.

 

I plan to buy a 1/18 Z, and a 1/18 Fast and furious Supra, and then swap the M5 rims from the Supra onto the Z.
