If im not mistaken, the Z has a relay that shuts down the the throttle to 30% when the brakes depressed. Ive tried it and my car just looses RPMs until i stall or let off the gas (and thats in dirt).

Sorry if this off topic but how can you bypass the throttle loss when brake is depressed? I want to do standstills Is the only solution a line lock?

Common for racing & track, but no practical purpose for everyday street driving.

Yes, it's possible to bypass the throttle cut.

I actually use the throttle cut in conjunction with LFB -- it just means that I wait a fraction of a second longer before engaging the brakes.

I will occasionally use the left foot to brake while applying throttle with the right foot when I need control at low speeds on a truck with an automatic transmission. In this method, the throttle application is constant and the approach to the "target" is controlled with the brake. Left foot braking is also usefull for a full out high stall launch on an auto from a dead start on a car without all those electric cutoff gizmos.
