well im one of those guys who is 18 yrs old and my dad bought me the car for chirstmas when i was 17 so anyways i have a 03 5AT because i didnt pick the car and my dad didnt know i can drive stick anyways i went to the dealership today and they had an 03 6spd with 42k miles for 18000 so i test drove it and damn i am wanting a 6spd so badly and i asked the guy if i put my car back to stock if they would do a straight up trade my 03 for theirs and he said yes so anyways now its time to convince dad to let me trade omg i hate it that i didnt get a 6spd grr...

so anyways like yea i hope you get to trade in your car for a 6 speed sucks that your dad didn't know that you could drive stick otherwise you would have a 6 spd rite now anyways the 6spd is awesome so much faster than the 5 at mainly because of the extra gear if i were in youre shoes i would hate it too anyways good luck persuading youre dad hope you get youre fast z you could always tell him that youll be responsible and that you only live once im sure hell understand because you know everywhere like such as because he was a kid himself once i personally like my z as much as my dads car the mach five is the most complex and ingenious car ever built a tribute to my father's imagination genius and technical skills

yea the only problem is i have headers test pipes intake and a custom exhaust not to mention a cool spoiler and smoked head lights tail lights bumper reflectors and reverse lights ive got well over 2g's into my car now and it will all have to come off before i do the trade in which sucks because i hated doing the headers on it

 

You do realize that the 03 tranny is complete trash. If you are really going for a change look for a later model year (04.5 and up).

Yea, I only got my drift spoiler on right now, hopefully my Daddy can get me a drag and road course spoiler for my b-day.
