03/04 was the supercharged cobras rated at 390hp.. 99-01 was the other cobra models.. there wasn't one in 02. I have alot of mustang friends. the sn95(94-98) was a mid/low 14 sec car.... the new edge(99-01) was a mid 13 sec car, the new edge(03/04) was a 12 sec car.

Assumptions? Omg. You and your negativity towards the Z is getting out of control here.
No assumption, if you knew anything about drag 1/4 times, you would know the 107 trap is a 12 sec car.

However, I don't play what if games. Right now, as far as im concerned, the '07 's best is a 13.2. When he or someone else breaks into 12's, then we will discuss.
You assume a slipping clutch = 12's. It may just be that or may be a 13.0-.1.

I forgot to add the fact that i do have racing slicks on... but still i ran 12.9 in a stock Z... i think thats quite an accomplishment. You people with 06 and older models keep in mind the new Z's are a lot faster. i dont have the time slip but i promise you i will post a picture as soon as i get back to the strip.

Running with slicks is not stock anyways, so you fail.

I still don't believe you though. Show a slip or at least give the specifics of the run (60', 330', 1/8th, etc.).
Then explain to me which track up in Idaho has a DA low enough to beat out the guys running great times at well-prepped sea level tracks.
