Sorry to hear about that. I hate overloaded truckers.
Good luck in the search for justice (though there isn't any real justice, or you'd go throw rocks at his car by court order).

A few years back a dump truck decided to get into the same line I was in at this last minute before his lane would take him to another area. Instead of slowing down or speeding up, he basically merged into the space i was occupying. My S14 was literally pushed sideways damaging my whole side and front. He kept going. I followed him to his construction site (the road leading to my home) and slowed down long enough to tell the cop pulling security that the truck driver smacked my car and isn't stopping. The cop got into his car and followed the driver and I.
Upon seeing the cop, the driver finally stopped. First he explained that he didn't see me, then changed his story to "he wouldn't let me in the lane". Would the latter be true? Perhaps. But he never used a turn signal so I didn't think he wanted into my lane.
I wonder if he was fired shortly after?
