even know most of the responses think this story is bs, if it happend to me i would drop the car back off at the lot. If "they" wanted to take it back or not, i would save them the repo trip. You can get your money back, or the car repaired trust me. Of course a GM is going to brush you off at first, if they listened and followed every complaint to fix something due to dealer error, they would be out of business because we all know that it is "always" the dealers fault... lol good luck with things.

Wouldnt a car with no air filter be really loud?
1) you should have had it checked out
2) didnt you hear that it was way louder than a stock car should be and check
