Head On Collision With The Z T_t
If the car is totaled you can normally buy it back for alot less than they gave you for the car. So you can fix up the z and put more performance into it. My friend dit that w/ a civic and not it's turbo. The only problem is that resale on salvaged cars is horrible.

Did the accident occur on the road or within the parking lot? If it's the former I'd say it looks like it's your fault as the damage suggests you tried to make a left turn in front of the guy. If it happened on the lot I'd say that you probably had the right of way based on the layout of the lot and the guy simply plowed into you. Although...40+ on a lot is pretty damn fast man, which is why I'm curious as to exactly what happened.
i was already in the lot and plus he should of yield but he came towards me really fast and then he strucked me

I wouldn't buy the car back, if they decide to total it out. Way too much headache and in my opinion, it's not worth fixing up a wrecked car....because 9 times out of 10, it doesn't run the same.
Yeah, you could possibly buy the car and try parting it out, but then you have to go through the hassle of trying to sell the parts and shipping them to people (assuming they actually follow through with the sale).
But in my honest opinion, just take the check if they are willing to total it out, and move on to a new car. It could just be the pics, but it looks like the suspension/strut area, on the right side of the engine bay, appears to be jacked up pretty bad. It looks like the strut tower area is "higher" on the right hand side than the left. That right there, would make me NOT want to keep that car.
Just cut your losses and move on...hell, you may even luck out and the insurance company may cut you a check for a little more, than what the car cost you.
In the end though, the most important thing is that both you and the female occupant made it out okay. I pray that you both do not suffer any long term effects from this. Cars will come and go, so even though it's a hard loss to deal with...life will go on. You'll probably go through at least a few more cars, before your time comes, so try not to over stress yourself on this accident too much (easier said than done though, I know, since it will always be in your memory)...but it will get better with time.
