I'm in the process of gettin a Z i have about 15k to spend on this. i would just like some opinions on what to look for and what to get. im still kinda new to the z so just kinda curious about whats all goin on with it.. thank you

 

15k and z shouldnt be in the same sentence.

 

$15k most likely will not get you a Z in good condition/mileage.

it would be ok if you had like another car to trade-in though. like with my Z. brand new 2008 base Z. talked the dealer down to about $27k-$28k. and traded in my 2002 subaru WRX with 60k miles, got $7,500 for it.

so in the end the Z ended up costing only about 20 grand. not bad for a brand new Z, not bad at all!

oh yeah they are around for $15k. I'm looking to get 16k for my clean no stories 04 touring with 69k miles and am having a hard time getting it.

 

your not gunna get a Z for 15k unless you find one with a salvaged title and some decent mileage.

 

You can find a 15k Z easy if the chasis has been compromised. Or even a Z thats been in an accident with no frame damage then fixed, its possible and probable to find one for 15k or less.

 

put the 15k as a down for a nismo. be a man. do the right thing.

an 03 with 75k ish miles can easily go for 15k
the cars been around a while and price varies a lot from cheapest to most expensive out there.

 

You can get a decent one for 20-25k

look on autotrader, there Ive seen many Z's for the 15K mark, higher milage but theyre there.
