Default The Best Deal on a Z anywhere!

Well, I finally got it. I put a deposit on my 2003 Silverstone Performance w/aero pkg, s&h curtain airbags and all the other standard stuff except nav. I wont be able to pick the car up until July 9th, but I paid 1700 under sticker and i didn't even have to haggle. I HATE car salesman. I have submitted threads b4 about how shitty most Nissan dealers are. There even doing pre-orders for 04 roadsters at sticker! If anyone else is planning on buying a Z soon contact Carmax in Greenville,SC. I know that may be far for some, but I'm driving 6 hrs to get mine and I know I'll love the ride back. The salesman's name is Ben Mozingo. He's a cool *** dude and he hooked me up. Tell him John in FL recommended you. You can check em on the web www.carmax.com. I searched for 3 mths for this car and I couldn't find a better deal.

You paid $1700 under sticker...was it new or used? New sounds like it would be a fantastic deal. Used...? I am curious because you just baught the EXACTLY car that I am dying and drooling for, I will likely buy in mid-July.

Thanks for the info!

I got pretty much the same deal, ~$1700 off or $1000 over invoice for an Enthusiast at Kayser Nissan in Madison, Wi. I understand the higher price models have more markup but they will sell for $1,000 over on any car. He also shipped it to Austin for me for free.

I just picked up my base CS 350Z with flaps, mets, trunk mats and kick plates..MSRP was $27,177....

I just Picked it up this WEDS!!!

I paid 25,500.....$100 over invoice!..and i live in the Ny/Nj mtro area...really hard to find a base 350z let alone a dealer willing to sell it at Invoice!..

your deal is pretty good also, but they have more wiggle room with he higher up models and the hold back is a bit more on them also!....hopefully it is a higher Vin z, so that the quirks will have been worked out of it already..watch out if it is like a 010987 vin..you will have all the early z problems...My vin is 117014 so it was just built in MAY..No problems with the early Z quirks!\
Hope that helps

Im glad everyone else is getting hooked up on their Z's...
Even the on the base and enthusiast models...

I live live in South Florida, where dealers do not seem to realize that the rest of the world pays less for their Z's

I think I will move soon....

keep looking bro. it only costs around $400 for a dealer to ship a car anywhere........

plus a road trip where a new Z is the final destination would be a pretty badazz roadtrip.

If my contact at greeneville goes through, I'm renting a Neon one-way to Greeneville and driving back 6 hrs with my new Z.

I got my SS Touring 6M with everything except Nav (MSRP 35K) for 31K. I think this is a good deal also. It had 3.6 miles on it.
