Exhaust...

For nice wheels/tires you're looking to spend $2500-$4500
A nice exhaust will generally be around $700-$1200

most exhausts will be cheaper than any decent wheels. even expensive exhausts will be around the same price as the lower-end decent wheels.

i mean i ask this because i am looking into getting a magnetic black 350 and i really dislike how the stock wheels on the car look but you guys think the exhaust is worth it ? is it worth it in the long run to? and i mean how loud is the STOCK exhaust compared to lets say a stock mitusbishi eclipse*if you know what it sounds like* but what could you compare the stock exhaust sound to?

if its a pre 06 get wheels first. New wheels look pretty slick in my opinion.

On a 2003-2006 the exhaust sounds mellow, with a slight roar when slowing down and coming down in the revs.

2007's HR motor sounds a bit throatier, but still extremely tame.

A full cat-back exhaust is all you need to get it to sound perfect.

But like others have said... GET THE CAR FIRST!

great thread

a straight used exhaust is like 7-800 buck man, wheels can run you upwards of 2-3 grand. you make the choice.
