class action lawsuits take a LONG time which is why 03-04 owners are just now getting the letters

Class action attorneys will apply for attorney fees up to $1,280,000. Nissan agrees not to oppose this.

If that's their fee NISSAN got off cheap...can't wait for the oil consumption problems in the anniversary and 06 to work itself out. that fee will be a heck of a lot more if it goes to a class action.

Hopefully the class action AALs are smart enough to bring in the ring suppliers so the plaintiffs don't get empty chaired in the suit.

Need to prove by dealer or body shop receipt that you had feathering before you can get $150

Hmm, interesting; I'll have to check the mail. Too bad, once the lawsuit goes through, you'll only end up with ~$75 (tax FTL).

You should ask them if they are going to do something for the roadster owners with the top issues. I don't have any thank goodness but i see a lot of threads about them.

From reading it, it looks like your have to be under certain mileage before the new tires were put on. I'm currently @ 20k miles and the only wear is from autoXing. Not sure if I will qualify. BTW, I don't have tire wear issue, but would be nice to get free tire(s).

Eh, got it in the mail today, and after reading it I see that I'll be omitted from this.

You must bring your Z to the dealer for a tread check. There has to be a certain amount of difference in tread wear for it to qualify for this. If you're under the limit, you're omitted.

If it does qualify, you get a coupon for $125 off OEM size tires...

I already have new wheels and tires, so I'm sure I'm automatically omitted.
