Long story short---I received it a little while back (I check my Mail Box once a month)...Seriously.

I was expecting to see a "Claim Form" attached.....?????

All present owners of '03 '04 Zs are eligible.

I have '03 and fact is, never had feather probs with a 1" plus drop and 19s

So happens I did a search

Default Has the suit been decided?

Has anyone heard what the outcome of this suit is?

Sorry, if this has already been answered, I didn't reread the entire thread. I've already read it many times, but may have missed the final decision.

Haven't been on this board in a while but checked it today see if anyone else had received their claim forms like I did today. You either get $250 voucher if you can prove you replaced the tires twice at your own expense or a "discount/voucher" whatever that is if you had the tires replaced once for tire roar. I lost count of how many front potenza POS tires I have put on. Lost a bunch of receipts in a move so now I am screwed unless I can somehow get a reprint. Kind of sucks that Nissan couldn't just fix the problem for it's most loyal Z fans who pre-ordered like me with a simple recall . Instead, the ignored these forums and have now let some lawyers get rich. I do not believe I will buy a 370Z becuase of this experience. NIssan....are you listening?
