Once more, guys: That "send-your-stuff (especially money!!!)-first-then-get-
yours" deal is NO good! Have THEM send THEIR stuff 1st.; THEN you send yours. Sounds logical/common sensy???

I don't understand this, because if both parties have that same mentality how does anything get done? One has to take risk.
