I am waiting for their GM to contact me about this issue, apparently they said it was delivered. I printed out our conversation and showed it to the general manager of the postnet I dropped the package off at.

2nd after seeing the forum i started
ha I saw the thread you recently created, I can understand your concern but calling me a loser and posting my name on threads saying I ripped you off is going too far asshat, you have 0 i-trader and the postal annex that the package was shipped from has confirmed it was signed for I am living in L.A. but I have military duty in WA

hey guys and the great news after all this still no tracking number
thats all i want just to see if all this is even true ???
this dude stiffed me
heres his ID mystery350 maybe yall can help me get something out of this loser......
if he is in the military as he says im pretty sure they can do something about this i hear they don't look to kindly toward thieves

III:
go to http://www.ic3.gov/

"IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3 provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes."

I know of quite a few people that have had good luck using this website to chase down scammers. It will take some time but I think that it is a good legal alternative.
