stiffs you on a trade on my350z.com ??/

Traded a guy a Greddy strut bar for some tien springs
I sent them off on a friday he recieved them on a weds.
its been 2 weeks now and the dude says they were sent and i should have got them by now but the guy can't even give me a tracking number ??/ just got a response saying he checked with the sender and says that i signed for them but I havn't got anything and guess what he still can't give me a tracking number
What would you do ???

 

keep being persistant with your contacting him for a refund or a tracking number. give it another week then post it up on here so we can all hear about it and put pressure on him. Did you pay via paypal or anything you can dispute the charge on?

 

Ask him for at least a copy of the receipt from when he sent it. Do you know how he sent it (FedEx, UPS, USPS)?

If you live in an apartment it is possible that someone did sign for you. My GF has ordered stuff and had it stolen. The UPS people said it was signed for, but a woman and this and that. Never found the culprit, but we had an idea of who it was. But, that dude needs to give you a tracking number for real. Find out the company he sent it with and his real name and see if they can find out some info.

 

He said it was a trade. Unless somebody had to add cash I dought a money transaction took place.

 

at first he says he dosn't have the tracking number but how else did he contact the sender and track the package

sounds like he's giving you a run around, if they said it was signed for then there has to be some way for them to have tracked it hence a tracking number.
