Is anyone else concerned that the OP sounds kinda proud of what he did?

 

I will agree that most likely there is more to the story, however, sometimes people are just irritable and can snap in a second.

I was leaving work, left turn onto a busy road. I was first in line, and all the traffic ahead was far ahead of me and everyone else was behind me. Turned, gunned it too hard and broke loose - didn't leave my lane - but corrected very quickly and went on, not aggressively driving. I get to the next stop light, and notice and older guy in a WRX pointing, yelling, and flicking me off. I was like WTF? I don't even know where he came from, my guess is that he was stopped at the light going the same way I was. I had gotten all the way in the left lane, but there were 2 cars in front of me so I didn't block him from going anywhere... yet he was still pissed at me.

I couldn't figure out what it was, so I just shook my head at him, which pissed him off more, but eventually he just sped off.

So unprovoked, grown adults can still act like children, for no reason.

Does anyone think I deserved that? I don't. I didn't come close to hitting anything or anyone nor was it Tokyo Drift, and I wasn't blocking him.

My point is, is that people can just be having a bad day and flip out for no reason.

If the OP was blocking the turn intentionally, then he probably deserved it lol

 

I'm suprised he would do that.... i think here in Pinellas County people know better.

On a side note your ***** *** should have got out and did something.... hit him with your car, lol soft

 

That's when I get out of the car, let him hit me in the face and make sure that someone sees that, and proceed to lay into him with no mercy.

Part of the reason I want to run a camera in my car at all times.

 

I didnt do anything! I was jsut not payng attention to the light.
He was a nut case is a piece of **** ride he must have been pissed b/c i have a sweet ride. If i had a gun i would have shot the nut case.
In miami it happens all the time! I had to escape and he was in front of my car. it was self defense im 5'10" he is a 6'5" fat dominican punchng at me through my window. He chased me and i had to do 130 through traffic to get away from the guy.
Are you guys on his side? WTF!
I thought it was a cool story... should i just keep Z stufflike that to myself?

Giving the OP the benefit of the doubt, if he did nothing to provoke this, and that's a BIG IF, I might run someone over to get out of eminent danger. I know he backed into this individual, so this would probably not pertain, but I'm going to list it anyway.


Here's a senerio:

You're driving through a area that happens to have some type of ralley or riot in progress. You're minding your own business, driving to a distination, stuck in traffic, and suddenly your vehicle is surrounded by a mob of angry protestors who have profiled you and single you out for whatever reason. They begin to throw bottles, kick at your doors, and jump on your hood. This is strickly a victim of cirrcumstance. We see it all the time, in the news, Youtube, or whatever our source is. I personally would have no problem running over a few angry mobsters to save my life and family.

I overall think what the OP did was wrong , but yes we don't have the full story. If for example the OP did not block his turn intentionally and proceeded to what he did, put yourselves in his shoes,

"I waas blocking their turn so they got our of their car and kicked my front end then tried to punch me twice (my window was down). Then he kicked my door."

Now if this happened to you, where you got your front end damaged, got punched twice, and then got your door kicked resulting in a huge dent, I'm not too sure how you would feel, but I'd be extremely pissed! At that point, hitting the guy with his Z was his only means of revenge as far as what he could think of at that second.

I'm not taking the OP's side, but put yourself in his shoes at that current moment and ask yourself what you would have done.

 

You can tell how many posts a user has by simply looking to the left of your computer screen there champ. You'd think you'd know that as you've been registered to this website for 5 years. lol

I'm with Val, I don't know the whole story. But what you posted can be used against you in a court of law, so that's a mistake.

 

there you go with the whole "he was jealous" thing. first you say you was blocking the turn lane now you say you was not paying attention? the issue here is you are changing the story now that you are being flamed for the idiot that you are. then you come in here bragging about hitting someone with your car. either the entire story is BS or you really are that stupid to actually post something like that. as for on his side, only side we got is yours, and i am sure you are leaving out a lot of the truth to make yourself look like the victim here.

I agree. Most people would not be thinking to themselves, "I wonder how much it's going to cost me in attorney's fees if I knock him over with my car?" when they are in the heat of the moment.

First of all even if he was chasing you no reason to do 130... what if you killed someone while speeding? then the cops would haul your *** away. You would sit there pleading your story the same way you're doing here and you would get flamed again. Show anyone (and I literally mean anyone) the posts you posted in this thread and they will all side against your decision making... On one hand I'm glad you didn't have a gun so the guy could I dunno LIVE?!?! and on the other I wish you did have a gun so you would get put away for a long time so you can't make stupid F-ing decisions like this! I want from cracking jokes to flaming you not because of the story but due to the way you handled yourself. you should sell your Z because you have already embarassed the whole forum with your antics and immaturity.
