I am interested in this kit BC2 for the nissan 350z. It says that this is a 4 piece kit but the picture on your site shows that it has fender flairs. Please let me know if the kit comes with the fender flairs or not?

I don't know why, but we don't list out the fender flares separately. The price shown is only for the front/sides/rear. But Andrew, I just got an approval to sell the full kit WITH flares at that price since it's a web mistake and is ambiguous. If you would like to order the full widebody kit with fender flares at that price, please contact us at 1-800-419-1152 and tell the rep that Eric quoted you that price.

I tried phoning your company on the toll number last night and was kept on hold for some time. This was a bit discouraging as I am paying international rates for the call. I need to get a shipping estimate for the purchase of the V-fiber Vision BC2 wide body kit for my Nissan 350z discussed below.

Hi DDD, it's only $118.44 more of shipping cost to send the hood as well, so the grand total with the hood included would be $2219.18.

thank you for the response, I am however a bit concerned as I was not told of this on or before purchase of the items, this has now put me in a spot as my schedule to get everything ready is now delayed. Please let me know when I will be receiving my body kit and hood? is it possible to send the body kit in the mean time as it needs specialised fitting and the hood is an easy job to do?

Please refer to attached mail stating that my payment has been received and that it is being shipped immediately dating 17 March 2008, having been told that shipment takes about 10 days. This kind of customer service is not acceptable. I have dead lines and commitments that are based on the information I have received in writing from andys auto sport.

I will take the GT style hood, please give me an estimate to when my stuff will be arriving a.s.a.p. I understand you may not be the sales person but please will you address these issues with your management as it reflects poorly on your company as a whole

Andy's Autosport has been scamming for years now. Everyone I know has been ripped off with them. They say its in stock and will be shipped immediately, but really they don't have them, and they're on back-order from the manufacturer. I went thru 3 months of hell with them a few years ago. They're quick on taking your money, but they won't follow thru on their end.You ask for a refund, and then get jipped on the penalty of cancelling the order. If anyone has had a good experience with them, I would be very surprised. Im hoping someone will take their time to report them for fraud.

Agreed...

I didnt see any real customer service problems here...

Most companies, not just this one list stuff as being in stock when its not...Their site just isnt up to date as others.

But the guy emailed you back everytime and was trying to work with you however you wanted...

That shows me customer service.

Ive seen much much worse.

He was told it was in stock when it wasn't. He was told he'd receive everything in 10 days. Not only did he not receive it after 14 days, it hadn't even been shipped yet. When they put the order in to Seibon for the hood, I'm sure they were told it was backordered. Did they call their customer to let him know? Nope. He didn't find out until he called and asked where it was 2 weeks later. If you guys think this is acceptable customer service, I hope you never run a business. I'd have a hard time living with myself if I treated my customers like that.

It's not acceptable whatsoever, but it's the game you play when you order parts through a distributor. We don't live in fantasy land where everything happens right on time. That doesn't mean its right, but it's the way it is. Hell, people kiss Jay's ***(of EVO-R) all the time, and he takes 6 months to a year to deliver his products... At least Andy answers emails

an update:

changed the hood to the GT and got told a few days ago I would receive an email with a shipping number, They wont return my calls either now....

dont know how one goes about reporting fraud from diff country... tirerack did the same thing a while back...

some people r in the business of F*in other people around... I'm thinkin of catchin a plane down there and giving him a warm South african welcome...

Always use a credit card when ordering stuff from abroad, it's the only way you get some sort of protection if anything happens to your order. Hope you can get the situation resolved as soon as possible.

Move into the civilized world and you won't have to deal with international shipping. At least not as much.

update:

its going on 3 weeks since andys auto sport received payment: sent another mail:

xxx lonewolfs boyfriend/xx another 26 year old that thinks he's the shiit/myOrder,

Please will you let me know what is happening to my order for the nissan 350z bc wide body kit and seibon GT hood. I have phoned xxx on several occasions to find out why I have been told my shipment is on its way and over two weeks later being told that my initial VT hood is on back order. I changed to the GT hood in order to have my order processed and delivered and have yet to get a tracking number and delivery date.

Please let me know why I am being put in this predicament dealing with Andys Auto Sport? I am preparing for a motor show and will not be ready if you continue to delay. There was no resistance on my behalf with payment for the order and I expect a level of professionalism beyond the way I am currently being treated. Please will you get your management to give me a call. xxx has already phoned me and has my number. Find previous mails attached. It is very close to the end of the week myOrder.

When you drop that kind of money on some products and are told it has been shipped, but haven't seen it yet, you'd be worried as well.

I know if I ordered all that stuff, I would at least appreciate someone acknowledging the delay, so I don't get worried when I don't receive my stuff when I was told I would. What happened here was probably that they didn't finalize the order / had no clue what was actually going on, and instead of finding out, just took a wild guess and said it would be shipped already. Maybe they found out there was going to be a delay in the process of preping the order, at that point it is good customer service to call your customer and make them aware of the delay. Keeping your mouth shut until the customer is already pissed off about not receiving their order is bad practice and an easy way to ruin your rep.
