Come to mention it...most of the authorities (and yes people in general) are not that nice. I don't know what it is about boston but they need to relax or find a hobby.
Anyway, glad to hear at least you didn't get the smack down from the cops.

A friend of mine with an MR2 has been grilled by cops before, too. He has an HKS SSQV and an MBC so he hits full boost at part throttle. He's driving along all kosher and stuff, and lifts off the gas which results in a disctinctive metallic chirp.
THe cop pulls him over and says "You were screeching your tires back there!" so he says, "No, I'm not. Look." He demonstrates and drives slowly through a parking lot, and it goes "fssseewww" and the cop still insists he's still chirping tires despite doing 20 in a parking lot.

When I had My Lude I had put on a Tanabe (50 state legal) cat back. Everything else was kosher.
I pulled out of a spot in front of the restaurant I had dinner at and a cop follows me for 10 minutes. Finally he pulls me over (why I have no idea) He was itchin to give a DUI maybe.
My date and I are wondering what the hell he was going to ticket me for.
I am friendly and talk to him with respect but of course he comes up and asks if I had been drinking. I say no. I felt comfy with this cause I had only had two and I was chwing gum and had cologne on. ( Even if you tell them youve had only a sip theyll test you) Thats all I needed. Embarass myself on prospect street in La Jolla were everyone can see. I can see the gears turning because *****wit knows he cant give me a dui. Finally he asks me to pop my hood. On the other hand ,Poway....FUG Poway cops! They are the most racist discriminating bastards in San Diego. They'll pull you over for having a left speaker out!
Just a few nights ago I was chillin at a Taco shop in Poway with my friends. There was a few groups in the parking lot and all of them happened to be white. My group was the most diverse(Asian, Middleeastern, Caucasian you name it) but everyone got along there. The cops roll up...ignores EVERYONE else but walks up to our group with a flashlight,
"You guys better get going we don't want any victims or suspects"
I was thinking "f*ck that. If everyone else gets to hang around here...we have every right to." So we held ground.
Then while his partner is getting food he stares at us the whole time.
I finally jump in my truck and we bounce...they start up their squad car and follow us all the way out to the main road.
I guess we're not Albercrombie and Fitch enough for his racist ***!

Total BS super duper ultra mega BS I would have asked him what do you mean by that? I would have made a scene. I agree SD has some police issues. By the way since I am noticing alot of SD peeps here anyone going to meet in OC on the 26th?
However in an effort to stay on topic I think cops should learn some stuff about the car scene instead of busting people for $h!t$ and giggles.

Hey AGGIEZ! Yes, CS cops are DIKS! I pretty much hate cops and this story is why. This cop was jealous of a young guy in a hott car. Thats why I pretty much hate cops. Not all of them, mind you , beacause some are cool, but most are diks from my experiance.
Also, I am not as dumb as I prolly look from this post, but Im drunk and its the 4th of Julyy and Julie is lookin HOTT outside my apartment so imma go now, cyas!

You should have seen the look on his face. It made him look like a dick because he didn't know what to say....just carried his fat doughnut eating *** into the taco shop and occasionally peered out the window to see what we were doing.

Hey for Mikestro and anyone else check out this thread https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=30559 for info about the meet. It's set for july26th around 12:30ish at Miles Square Park in Fountain Valley the final meet up spot for us SD guys is Mossy Oceanside and we plan on leaving there @11 some of including myself are in the south bay so we will get there around 10:30 or so but go ahead and check that thread so we can get a decent count for food and stuff and now back ON topic. Not trying to hijack threads.
