The numbers seem to work. It's all up to the dealer now.

The Z is in fact not for everyone.. I'm fortunate enuff to have to take a Bus to work so for me i can't wait for the weeknd to go driving.. I would 100% not use a Z for a daily driver..

If you are getting a civic hybrid in order to save money, you shouldn't lease. That's another bad financial decision. By the time you are able to realize the MPG savings on a regular and hybrid civic, you would have given the car back a long time prior. If you really can't afford the Z, buy a car you can afford to buy..like a used civic for 10k. When you can afford a Z, jump back in.
If not, it's time for a second job.

Well I'm sorry you might be getting rid of the Z. I can't comment on the financial benefits of keeping it or getting something else. If you posted up your payoff amount, int rate, new car price, new car pmt, Z pmt, and remaing term of Z then I sure could provide some figuers for you.
My co-worker recently bought a Toyota Prius for $25,000, non-Navi and I bought my commuter car besides my Z, a Mazda3 5sp for $13,000. I told him If he drives it for 10 year, he'll save a lot of money, but if he sells in a less than 5 years, he won't save much. In your case, if your are getting a Hybrid, prepare to keep it for a while if you want to save money because the shorter time you own it, the less likely you save your money on gas. Hybrids cost at least 5K-10K more and those money could be use on gas. One thing about your situation is that your '04 has already taken a lot from depreciation. If you sell it now, you won't lose much, but if it was brand new, you will be losing as much as 30%, if not more. Just wait till the summer when AC burns more gas, so be prepare to sweat, or sweat it out. Back to my friend, I jokingly told him I will win in saving anyway because the price to fix my car is nowhere when he goes in for repair.

Good luck with the hybrid since it really won't save you much money. That lease deal doesn't soun too terrible but don't forget the money you will have to put down. I'm sure on a car that expensive it will be significant. Especially to get you to the same payment. When I leased my 03 Sentra SE-R Spec V a few years ago I got it for $18K and I had to put down $800.
Don't know if you're interested, but I am planning on selling my TL, it's loaded with navi...I use to have a G35 coupe, and miss the VQ engine. It's something I thought about before, if it's something you're interested in, maybe we can figure something out, maybe an even trade if everything works out.
