Ya my girlfriends Audi TT is the same way, once the turbo kicks in it feels like its pulling harder than my car... no way though.

 

yup, my friends VW GTI turbo pulls so hard when the turbo kicks in, throws you back in the seat but in reality, we aren't going anywhere..lol

 

i actually like the way the evo X looks compared to the IX. I just hate the boxy look.

 

A few dealerships around my area actually have a few evoIX's on the lot. The X could be made fast as well, but like other members have said, I'd rather have a fast car, than a car that feels fast.

 

well the thing is that it feels like it falls flat on its face after 5k, i like the z but i still wish i didnt sell my ix, that is still the best car i had ever bought, even though it is not as quick as the z on the bottle, it is still the best car i have ever had...

 

They say that X is the toned down version. Did you try out the 05 STi. If you dont' like the hatchback 08 the 05 is very nice. My buddy has one and man is it fast.

 

you used to own an EVO? if you did, that comments tells me you don't know much about the EVO in general. Do you know what the stock EVO's boost at? Regardless if it's an EVO 8,9,X
