I just went to my dealership at lunch break and I got this Dealer Guide. Maybe some dealers are handing them out to pre-orders? There is quite a bit of detailed information in here. Definately something to hold me over for a little bit.

I got a look at it yesterday in hand. Almost goto walk out with it, before another sales man said this has to stay here.

They really need to read and re-read this book.

I think a pre-test score and a post test score on the test would be funny to see.
Also through in a test for anyone in this forum and compare it to the salemens tests.

I got a hold of the test too...so if you work at nissan and need to help (wink wink)...... I bet I would get in seriious trouble posting it...

You guys that got the dealer book or look at it anyways ...did you see that red book too?

I forgot to take that one with me. It was just a introducing all the new cars kinda stuff to nissan deealers.

Um....let put it this way guys. All these books are at the dealers. If you want to check em out im sure they will let you see em...its really interesting and somewhat amusing.

I did not get to see a red book. All I got was the dealer sell guide which explains the car in detail. There were even some specifications that I wasn't aware of! My dealer gave it to me like he was meant to. I gotta admit, the dealer advice to tell the customer was pretty amusing, especially the hypothetical customer. I'm not sure if I should post any pics of it or not. My dealer said nothing of the sort.

I went to the dealer last night and they let me take the Product Guide home to read but have to bring it back (I've photocopied it...no scanner).

You're right it's pretty funny how they want the salesperson to interact with the supposed "ignorant" buyer. I think the salesperson would s**t if during the VDC demo the buyer (driving) switched it off and did real donuts!
