370z for 09... in time, the 350z WILL be rare!

 

AN ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE 350Z

1. Z depreciates rapidly, increasing access to a decently powered RWD car, and creating a rice shortage.
2. Lesser experienced drivers gain access to Z and begin rice-out customizing, which negates rice shortage and may in fact create a rice surplus.
3. Rice surplus becomes economically and societally detrimental as many Zs are riced out, wrecked by inexperienced drivers, or otherwise pwned.
4. Supply of Zs on the road decreases, potentially increasing the Z's value.
5. New 370Z comes out and 350Z's value declines. The cycle continues.

 

Dont really think value would go up. The insurance rates will rise no doubt tho. Ive seen some kids state insurance rates of nearly 2-3g's every 6 in the past how do some of these under 25 drivers or their parents (if on their insurance) afford this? Unless their rich maybe, but for the majority "aka" the ones that could only afford a car priced like or similar to the a used Z? Who knows?

haha way to motivate ppl with there Z's.. I'm planning to keep my Z! I rather have that then the 370z.. unless later in the future they release something like 400z that would be sweet. maybe they'll bump up the hp to 400 hp? but whatever I'm happy with my car. obsession possession~ possession obsession.

 

That's what it all comes down to. If these f*ckers keep wrecking their car before it even ages, that means we get parts in pristine condition at a discounted price. Just kinda sucks about the insurance thing tho. For the first time in three years, my insurance did not decrease for the next term.
