Default XM Radio on 2004 Touring Model?

I noticed from other posts here and from nissannews.com that the 2004 coupe is announced to be prewired for XM radio. I went to edmunds.com and see that they now list the 2004 model and show XM radio (as well as Sirius) as an option ($324 invoice, $400 MSRP). I wonder how this would work in the Touring model with the Bose system?

I have the XM in my Touring/Bose and it's a great improvement - 'almost never listen to regular radio except a few local morning DJ's

I was wondering how it would interface with the Bose system. I am planning on ordering a 2004 this Saturday and may want the XM radio (I currently have XM radio in another vehicle). I was wondering if they somehow replace the Bose radio or if there is a Bose XM replacement.

Thanks!
