After putting your photo through several de-interlacing filters followed up with a noise distortion correction, I was able to get the license plate of that truck.

I hope this aids you.

The lessen here is, don't follow anything you cannot see through.

Car with Tinted Rears, I go around them, Trucks, pass em, SUV's flip them off for making it so goddamn hot, then I pass em. if you were behind that truck... you werent driving fast enough.

so i just got off the phone with my insurance company and they said there is no way to get the truck driver to pay for the damages..which really sux.. So today im going to take the z to a body shop and see how much its going to cost.

Funny thing is my insurance adjuster told me that she just got off the phone with someone else that was hit by the same tire, same place, and same time...

I'm curious as to why you still believe the fault lies with the truck driver?

The only reason why I still believe that it is his fault is, because if he was actually paying attention and not on his phone then a would have seen the tire. Therefore he could have avoided hitting it. He did not have to swerve or anything he still had room in his own lane to avoid it.

But sh*t happens and you just got to deal with it......

If you can just get it done cash might be best but it is a claim that the Insurance copy would pay.

The guy in the truck is not at fault unless the tire fell from his truck bed. Its reasonable to assume he was also a victim of the laid out tire.

wow that is very bad info you just gave out.

Tire hitting his car from road would not be on him. WTF why would they up his rate do to something that was not under his control.

On the same note, had you maintained an adequate distance from the truck, you may have been able to avoid the tire.

Imagine this... Someone throws a baseball at you and it hits you on the head and bounces off then hits me. Would you assume fault for any injuries I received?

What kind of selfish **** would think it's the trucks fault???? You I guess. Look deep within yourself and realize that you are worthless.

This is true. Very good analogy. It does suck what happened to you, but that's life. Like everyone else already said if the tire came from the truck that is different.

Hope it doesn't cost very much to get it fixed.
