look at the last six digits of your VIN

JN1AZ34E34T060749

D*4T160001+ = 04.5

E*4T060001+ = 04.5

...so, what is it

Therefore, your car is an 04.5!

someone told me the 04.5 got the key with the actual chrome looking nissan emblem while the regular 04 had the old all black key.

Dont know how true that is, but i guess for your case if you key is all black and just a stamped emblem then its a safe bet you have an 04.
