Not rice at all. Probably difficult to obtain though. Putting a GT-R badge on the Z would be rice.

I always thought changing badges and adding decals is TOTAL rice, but that's just my opinion. (Changing badges to something the car is not is the worst, but I guess Fairlady is just the Japanese version of the same car, so it's not so bad.)

Today I saw what looked like a new Altima with an "Altezza" badge on it. That was weird.

If we slap a Honda emblem on it, then those rice boys (no offense) will take notice of the Z and think it's a new Honda. Else, they'd probably ignore it an continue conversation of their 4bangers (it's happened already... I'm like an oddball to them)

Honda guys ask me what I'm getting.. i say a Z, they say "oh," and continue on with their souping up their civic conversation.

If I were to say s2k, nsx, or rsx.... they'd probably start interrogating me.

Funny story... this gurl i talk to online was looking at this guy's home page. It had a car and pix of him. She was telling me how he and the car looks sooooo cute. Guess what? The guy is my cousin and he doesn't have a car.

I asked her what the car was and she told me "silver civic." I nearly passed out. She sees my page, but never said much about the silver 350Zs on my page. (Funny, eh?)

Personally I think the side Z emblem needs te get replaced with a directional light as past and present non-north Americans Z cars are. I'll be picking a few sets of them next time I'm in Japan if someone stateside can't get them. Reminds me of the BMW 2 seater like a cartoon.

Have you actually seen the Z emblem as side markers? This was one fo the first things I was thinking about fabing up, but if the JDM has them already, so much the better. I just havn't seen "side marker" Z emblems anywhere yet. Keep us informed. If you do get them and they are reasonably priced, put me on the list.

While it's certainly not my cup of tea, the 300ZXStore has a old-style Z badge. www.300zxstore.com
