Where to find 91 Octane gas
Most stations here in Connecticut have 91.
Disregard all the ignorant comments about how YOU spend YOUR money. I'm with you, I work too hard to just **** on the money I earn. Save a few hundred here and a few hundred there and you've got some decent spending/investment money.

I don't know if this is common knowledge, 89 octane is really made by mixing a certain ratio (not exactly 50/50) of 87 and 91 octane at the gas terminal where the gas trucks picks up the gas. (no 93 oct. here in CA).
This is what I've been told when I went on a tour of a gasoline terminal when I first started working for Chevron Corp.
So I'm guessing mixing 89 and 93 can achieve something similar.
