Yeah thats exactly what its like because a cliff and a ramp compare so closely, that isn't contributing anything to this thread. Thanks for everyone who contributed. Mod close this thread.

I also have the Aerosync front and have to say that it's damn near impossible NOT to scrape it on the bottom every now and then. And keep in mind that many dealerships use a rotating brush system to wash cars and will leave lots of swirl marks (at a minimum). Remember that it's a Z, not a Ferrari!

I work at a dealership and basically you're **** out of luck. Regardless, it was your vehicle and you were driving. It sucks that they threw it in the car wash, but they don't know when or if you car was painted nevermind how long ago. It's tough man. I would have said that you got it home and it was scraped.

I'm not shitt out of luck with this dealer. They said they would paint the damaged part of my bumper in a few weeks, when my freshly painted front harded a little bit more. Like I said I got lucky.

Yea i would never had driven down that ramp. I would have found another way in but, the other entrence was closed, and had about 4 cars parked in front of it at the time I was dropping my car off. I think they realize that, that ramp needs some work done to it.
Silverstone is right though. They may do that. If they really are paying for it they are going to try and get out of it for as little as possible. Watch, they'll go to auto zone and get one of those touch up pens and have their kids color in you car....

Am I the only one that thinks your a complete moron? Your the reason normal people like us can get screwed by dealerships. It was in NO way shape or form their fault. The only thing they did wrong was actually fix it for you free of charge. You even say your self how sh*tty the ramp was..WHY DID YOU DRIVE DOWN IT THEN? I know I would of refused and waited for another way out. You were the idiot who drove down the ramp. I don't know about anyone else but if someone told me to jump off a roof, and it looked like it was gonna hurt, I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't jump off the roof, break my leg, and then try to sue them for "telling" me to do it.
