Yeah thats exactly what its like because a cliff and a ramp compare so closely, that isn't contributing anything to this thread. Thanks for everyone who contributed. Mod close this thread.

I also have the Aerosync front and have to say that it's damn near impossible NOT to scrape it on the bottom every now and then. And keep in mind that many dealerships use a rotating brush system to wash cars and will leave lots of swirl marks (at a minimum). Remember that it's a Z, not a Ferrari!

I work at a dealership and basically you're **** out of luck. Regardless, it was your vehicle and you were driving. It sucks that they threw it in the car wash, but they don't know when or if you car was painted nevermind how long ago. It's tough man. I would have said that you got it home and it was scraped.

Stock I hit half the speed bumps at my work. Not a bumper or anything but the bottom of the transmission. I can see the marks my tranny leaves in the speed bumps...kind of funny. Gotta check out my tranny soon...make sure it isn't being hurt at all by this.

If you were worried about scraping, you should buy a Jeep Wrangler and lift it.

I'm not shitt out of luck with this dealer. They said they would paint the damaged part of my bumper in a few weeks, when my freshly painted front harded a little bit more. Like I said I got lucky.

Very lucky. When it's painted, don't drive down that part again and try apologizing for making them spend around $150 for your miscalculation.

Yea i would never had driven down that ramp. I would have found another way in but, the other entrence was closed, and had about 4 cars parked in front of it at the time I was dropping my car off. I think they realize that, that ramp needs some work done to it.

Yeah, they'll paint that bumper "for free." There will be some way they make that money back, you watch and see.

Ill laugh if they paint your bumper for free, but they use one of their cheap shops and it comes out worse then it was.

Scraped lip > crappy paintjob.

Silverstone-Z, thanks for that. How about you wait and see it painted before we go to making assumptions.

Silverstone is right though. They may do that. If they really are paying for it they are going to try and get out of it for as little as possible. Watch, they'll go to auto zone and get one of those touch up pens and have their kids color in you car....

Little bit of scrapped lip is better than a "jigsaw paintjob"

Had to bring that in.

Am I the only one that thinks your a complete moron? Your the reason normal people like us can get screwed by dealerships. It was in NO way shape or form their fault. The only thing they did wrong was actually fix it for you free of charge. You even say your self how sh*tty the ramp was..WHY DID YOU DRIVE DOWN IT THEN? I know I would of refused and waited for another way out. You were the idiot who drove down the ramp. I don't know about anyone else but if someone told me to jump off a roof, and it looked like it was gonna hurt, I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't jump off the roof, break my leg, and then try to sue them for "telling" me to do it.
