Default Nismo or not?

I'm looking into getting a Z and can't decide on the coupe or nismo model. I basically want the nismo just for the looks. Would it be cheaper to bet the coupe and do the nismo add ons my self or buy the nismo model right from the beginning?

Nismo is maaaddeee for the track. Well I guess i mean, the body kit and ish are aerodynamically functional. Be silly not to track it.

With all the engineering behind the NISMO Z, there's no way to do add-ons and make it resemble anything like the factory model! If you can afford it, buy the NISMO Z. It's a true limited edition model and beyond the performance refinements, will hold resale value far longer.

So it sounds like the Nismo is the way to go. Thanks for your replys. One more question though... any particular year?

There's more to the Nismo that just looks.

The biggest change is the full seam welding. You can't easily do that to another model.

The other suspension, chassis, and body changes are possible to add.

Basically they started production last year. I wouldn't worry too much about year as this isn't a "normal" 350z where you might be concerned between an 03/05/06. Congrats though, they're nice cars.

you only have 2 years to choose from. '07 or '08, and both years are the same.
